1. Health & Safety Disclaimer

GymHub is a fitness tracking and social platform. The information provided is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

• Not Medical Advice: We are not medical professionals. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
• Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity. GymHub is not liable for any injuries or health problems resulting from your use of the app.

2. GymHub Pro Pass (Subscriptions)

We offer premium features via the "Pro Pass" auto-renewable subscription.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Free Trial: Your subscription may start with a free trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If not cancelled, it converts automatically into a paid subscription. Free trials are for new subscribers only.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. User Content & Conduct

As a social network, GymHub allows you to post content. You are solely responsible for what you share.

• Objectionable Content Policy: There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post content that is: offensive, hateful, pornographic, promoting violence, or illegal.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content and to ban users who violate these terms without prior notice.
• Reporting: Users can report any content or athlete directly within the app for review by our moderation team.

4. Apple App Store Special Terms

If you downloaded GymHub from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This Agreement is between you and GymHub only, not with Apple.
• GymHub is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

2. Types of Data Collected

• Account Information: Email address and password (encrypted via Supabase Auth).
• Profile Data: Username, display name, avatar, and preferences.
• Fitness Data: Workouts, sets, reps, weights, and PRs.
• Community Content: Posts, comments, and reactions in the feed.
• Transaction Data: In-app purchases (processed via RevenueCat).

3. Permissions and Device Data

Location (GPS): We use your location to identify your gym and provide "Geofencing" (automatic workout stop when leaving the gym). Background location access is required for this to work when the screen is locked.

Camera & Photos: Required for profile pictures and sharing training photos in the community feed.

Notifications: For workout invitations, feed interactions, and rest timers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (Database/Auth), RevenueCat (Purchases), Spotify API (Gym Radio), and Expo (App Updates).

5. Your Rights & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the App settings. To request manual deletion of all data, email gymhublabs@gmail.com with subject 'Delete my Account'. We process requests within 48 hours.
